GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements to which these terms have been declared applicable.

1.2 By placing an order or accepting an offer, the counterparty agrees to these general terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing in advance. The remaining provisions shall remain fully in force.

1.4 All rights and claims, as included in these General Terms and Conditions and any additional agreements, also apply for the benefit of third parties engaged by LAVINABAGS, including intermediaries.

  1. Products

2.1 LAVINABAGS sells authentic luxury designer vintage bags.

2.2 As these are vintage products, signs of use may be present. These are described and/or displayed as accurately as possible.

2.3 All products are carefully checked for authenticity and quality.

  1. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices are stated in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

3.2 Payment must be made in full prior to shipment of the product.

3.3 Payment can be made via Mollie ………………. or bank transfer. In the case of payment by bank or giro transfer, the date of payment is the date of crediting the bank account of LAVINABAGS.

3.4 LAVINABAGS reserves the right to change prices.

3.5 If payment is not made on time, the order may be cancelled.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance.

4.2 Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

4.3 If an ordered item is not available, you will be informed as soon as possible.

4.4 Special delivery options may be arranged upon request.

4.5 The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

4.6 Orders can be shipped worldwide.

4.7 Fixed shipping rates apply depending on the destination, including insurance.

  1. Returns

5.1 Due to the exclusive and vintage nature of the products, items cannot be exchanged unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Returns are only accepted if agreed upon in writing.

5.3 Products must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.

  1. Retention of Title

6.1 Ownership of delivered products only transfers after you have fulfilled all your payment obligations. The risk of the products passes at the time of delivery.

  1. Intellectual Property

7.1 The content of this website, including texts, photos, logos, and other materials, is the property of LAVINABAGS and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or reuse any material from this website without prior written consent.

7.2 LAVINABAGS is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or authorized by the brands of the items we sell, such as Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc.

  1. Liability

8.1 LAVINABAGS is not liable for indirect damages.

8.2 Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

  1. Force Majeure

10.1 In the event of force majeure, LAVINABAGS has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.
