1. Thoughtful Purchasing
At LAVINABAGS, we value quality and sustainability. Returns create additional transport, packaging waste, and handling, which impact the environment.
We encourage you to shop consciously:
• Carefully review all product images
• Read product descriptions thoroughly
• Contact us if you have any questions
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount (excluding any shipping costs), provided the return conditions are met.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Timeframes
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be shipped within 5 working days after approval
3.2 Product Condition
Returned items must:
• Be unused and undamaged
• Be in original condition
• Include all tags, packaging, and accessories
• Be returned in the original packaging
Important:
The security tag must remain attached. Once removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
3.3 Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The item has been used, damaged, or is incomplete
• The security tag has been removed
• The return period has expired
4. Return Costs & Responsibility
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Returns are shipped at your own risk
We strongly recommend:
• Using a tracked shipping service
• Choosing insured shipping where possible
LAVINABAGS is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Return Process
Step 1 – Submit Request
Submit a return request via your customer account within 14 days.
Step 2 – Approval
You will receive approval or rejection via email.
Step 3 – Ship Your Return
After approval:
• Ship the item within 5 working days
• Ensure proper packaging
• Use a tracked shipping method
Step 4 – Inspection
Once received, your return will be inspected.
Step 5 – Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
6. Refunds
6.1 Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
6.2 Payment Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
6.3 Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the entire order is returned and applicable by law.
7. Discounts & Promotions
If your order included a promotion (e.g. discount on a second item or a free gift):
• Returning the main product voids the promotion
• The value of the discount or free item will be deducted from the refund
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
